Sole Source Proposal
We’re honored to present this customized Principal Coach Collaborative proposal—crafted to deliver transformative school outcomes and build lasting leadership legacies. This strategic framework is designed to equip principal coaches with the tools, mindset, and high-impact methodologies needed to drive and sustain breakthrough school performance. Three powerful pathways are available: direct coaching for Principal Coaches only; a Train-the-Trainer model with a selected district cohort; and a Direct Coaching model with a minimum of five schools receiving intensive, tailored support. All packages grant participating districts exclusive access to a national network of flagship host sites—model campuses across the country where transformational leadership is lived, demonstrated, and shared.
In the 2024–2025 school year alone, schools impacted by our programming made history—outperforming their counterparts in reading and math achievement within just six months, ranking among the top 3% nationally for the lowest rates of chronic absenteeism, achieving top 25 state rankings, and delivering breakthrough gains across key performance indicators. These results are not just milestones—they are proof that transformation is possible, sustainable, and scalable.
