Below are key leadership competencies that we focus on through our BOLD Strategy Lab program. Once you gain acceptance into the BOLD Strategy Lab program, you and your executive leadership coach would focus on these key areas. *

Shared Ownership & Accountability- Apply key tools to effectively build capacity in others, delegate and share ownership in order to increase our productivity and results.

Team/School Development- Apply key tools to lead a game-changing team and organizational culture.

Strategic Planning- Spend time in the areas that matter most. I would also like to get a clear strategic action plan in place that will get us to our end of year goals (this includes: (clear priorities, goals, metrics, action plan, progress monitoring plan).

Change Management- Apply change management techniques to effectively manage change and resistance.

Instructional Coaching- Conduct high quality classroom walkthrough's and coach instructional leaders on debrief cycles.

Student Behavioral Support- Implement equity-conscious practices to increase positive student behavior and engagement.

Socio-Emotional Support- Create & Implement EQ & mindfulness techniques that drive the oxygen mask for all stakeholders.

Engagement- Apply key protocols & techniques to increase student reading, talking, thinking and writing.
