This tier is for foundations that want consistent strategic support, structured coordination, and guided partnership alignment without full executive project management or a success-fee structure.

Includes:

  • Monthly strategic alignment meeting (Foundation + partners as needed)

  • 1 BOLD Strategy Lab® session per month

  • Guidance on partnership coordination between Foundation, Clubhouse Network, and Church

  • Oversight of high-level timelines and milestone tracking

  • Development of partnership action steps + quarterly priorities

  • Messaging advisory for launch readiness and stakeholder engagement

  • Up to 6 hours/month of strategic advisement

  • On-demand availability

  • Light monitoring of PR/fundraising vendors (if engaged)

Does Not Include:

  • Full project management or orchestration

  • Comprehensive deliverable tracking

  • Direct oversight of all contractors and vendors

  • Monthly milestone dashboards

This tier is designed for high-stakes launches where multiple partners, vendors, and stakeholders must move in full alignment.

Includes Everything in Package 1, Plus:

  • Executive oversight of all external partners (PR firm, fundraising company, event team)

  • Partnership orchestration between Foundation, Clubhouse Network, and Rev. Andrew Young’s Church

  • Monthly facilitated collaboration meetings

  • Development and management of the full launch roadmap

  • Timeline + deliverable tracking and accountability structures

  • Strategic messaging oversight for donor engagement + public positioning

  • Milestone reports and progress dashboards

  • End-to-end strategic guidance from planning through launch
