ABOUT SEL LAB
We know that the pandemic has left many students having to navigate the effects from the loss of loved ones and the experience with both primary and secondary trauma, all while having to navigate the transition from middle school to high school. The Social Emotional Leadership Lab is a mindfulness and socio-emotional approach to helping students manage emotions and stress, build healthy relationships, and walk in their power in order to lead with their best self; ultimately, impacting their academic achievement and their value-add to the learning environment.
