  • The secret sauce of The Pavon Firm is our strengths based approach to our programming. Each aspect of the program is intentionally designed to develop meaningful relationships with our clients and to elevate their leadership approach so they can be present for their team. Each leader has the opportunity to choose 1 focus area if completing the 6 month program, and 2 focus areas if completing the 12 month program. The focus areas include Leadership Team Development: Increase Leadership Team Effectiveness and Cohesion; Team & School/Organizational Culture & Climate; Strategic Planning and Program Development; Organizational Development; and Instructional Leadership. Upon selecting your focus area(s), you will be coached through:

    •One on One/Group Leadership Coaching Sessions

    •Weekly/Bi-Weekly Strategic Planning Meetings

    •Collaborative Inquiry Sessions

    •BOLD Digital Classroom
